🕒 Processing Time



All of our pieces are made to order. Each statue is hand-crafted, poured, and finished with precision.

Please allow 1–2 weeks for production before your order ships. During major collection drops or holidays, production may extend slightly due to high order volume.



📦 Shipping Time & Carriers



Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.


  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: 2–5 business days via USPS or UPS
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days depending on location and customs processing times



Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your region, carrier performance, or customs delays.



💰 Shipping Costs



Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method.

Free or discounted shipping promotions may apply during special events or Founder’s Edition releases.



🌎 International Shipping & Customs



We proudly ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country. Gold Spartan is not responsible for delays or fees incurred through customs.



🛡 Damaged or Lost Packages



Every order is shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation.

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us immediately at support@thegoldspartan.com.


  • For damaged items, please include clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Lost packages will be investigated through the carrier before any replacement or refund is issued.



If you’ve added Silver Guard to your order, you’re fully covered — we’ll replace your statue at no cost if it’s ever damaged during shipping or after arrival.



🔁 Address Changes & Order Updates



If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once production begins, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
