Poured, not manufactured

Eleven steps run between the first sculpt and the sealed collector box. These four decide what the piece becomes.

Sculpt
Step one Sculpt The design is sculpted in high resolution and prepared for a clean investment cast.
Pour
Step two Pour Molten 99.9% silver or solid bronze is poured by hand into the investment mold.
Finish
Step three Finish Every surface is cleaned, antiqued, and polished by hand. No two pours match exactly.
Inspect and pack
Step four Inspect and pack The finished piece is checked, documented, and packed in a foam-lined collector box.
