The seahorse is one of the ocean's most improbable and remarkable creatures — an upright-swimming fish with a horse's head, a kangaroo's pouch, and a chameleon's camouflage ability, all wrapped in bony armor instead of scales. The male seahorse carries the young. The seahorse mates for life. It anchors itself with its tail and hunts by ambush with extraordinary precision. It is, in almost every way, the fish that decided the standard rules didn't apply to it. This sculpture captures the seahorse in its full intricate glory: the ridged body, the curled tail, the delicate fins, and the unmistakable silhouette. About the Reserve Edition
The Seahorse is a Reserve Edition statue. Every size is limited to a maximum of 100 pieces -- 500 for the 1oz. Once a size reaches that number, it will never be cast again. Each Reserve piece ships with a metal Certificate of Authenticity, laser-engraved with the name of the statue and the individual number that matches your specific piece.
The Reserve line is for collectors who want something permanently scarce -- a piece with a defined place in a fixed run that closes for good. For collectors who want a specific Gold Spartan design without a mintage cap, the Standard Edition line remains available continuously.
Shipping and returns
Most pieces are made to order and ship in about 2 to 3 weeks. Larger and custom orders can take longer. Every shipment is tracked and insured. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
